As you approach the back gate you will notice the eatable garden to your right with various herbs and eatable flowers for neighbors and local chefs to harvest as needed. There are four beds in the back yard, three with a variety of perrinials, ferns and crepe myrtles, the fourth along the north side is in the process of being devoted to cut flowers. Bird baths and statuary are scattered in the gardens as well as a community of fairies who have taken up residence in various birdhouses along the south flowerbed.
